These Terms of Service apply to consumer purchases made through LELOUI.com.

By placing an order with LELOUI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders and Prices

Prices displayed on LELOUI.com include applicable taxes where relevant unless otherwise clearly stated.

Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review your products, quantities, delivery information, shipping costs and total price.

Your purchase is completed when you submit your order and complete the payment process.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the information carefully and contact leloui@leloui.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.

LELOUI reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud or if a product is unexpectedly unavailable.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

The total amount payable will always be displayed before you complete your order.

Depending on the payment method used, payment may be authorised when your order is placed and charged when the order is processed or dispatched.

Product Information

LELOUI makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colours and photographs are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.

As jewellery may be individually manufactured and finished, minor variations in colour, surface, plating and appearance may occur.

Information about materials, plating, dimensions and other product characteristics is provided on the relevant product page where applicable.

Water-Resistant Jewellery

Some LELOUI jewellery is described as water-resistant.

Water-resistant jewellery is designed to withstand normal everyday contact with water better than conventional fashion jewellery. However, water-resistant does not mean that jewellery is permanently waterproof or resistant to every chemical, liquid or environmental condition.

Jewellery and plating naturally experience wear over time.

Its appearance and durability may be affected by factors including frequency of use, perspiration, individual skin characteristics, cosmetics, perfume, cleaning products, chemicals, chlorine and other environmental conditions.

Customers should follow LELOUI's jewellery care instructions.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

All content on LELOUI.com, including the LELOUI name, logos, product photographs, graphics, designs, text and other content, is owned by Candy Lab ApS or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
